We regularly ask our clients, practices and partners for feedback about our information, people, products and services, and how they are presented on this website. As a result the web site is continuously being upgraded to meet your requirements.

To provide feedback, we invite clients to complete our  Client Feedback Form and others to complete our General Feedback.

If your feedback is in regard to a complaint on one of our certified clients, please ensure in the first instance that all reasonable steps have been taken to have the complaint resolved directly with the client organisation. No organisation is perfect, and so every organisation should be given the chance to right their wrongs first before further action is taken. This said, if you are not satisfied with the action that has been taken, feel free to contact us.
